Hello Kings Wild Subscribers!

Whelp, let’s be honest. It’s been a bit of a bumpy ride to get our 2020 subscription system up and running at Kings Wild. Growing pains are a good sign, but they are never fun. We expanded from one subscription to three, made a transition to a new tracking system and added three new team members, all in the midst of Jackson moving to Tennessee. Needless to say, it has been challenging. The great part is that we are making progress and starting to get a handle on the issues we’ve had. Even better, the decks that Jackson is designing and the team is shipping out are phenomenal. (We hope you think so too!) We here at KWP want to say thank you for your patience as we are working all of this out. If you’ve been confused or frustrated along the way, we are truly sorry. Please know that we are doing our best to fix the problems as quickly as we can. While we haven’t resolved every issue yet, we are getting there slowly but surely. Some of you may have had little to no problems so you’re not sure what we are talking about. I hope that is the case! However, there are others who have some questions, so, here’s a summary of some things you will notice have changed and a couple of things we are still working toward…

1) We had to remove the “One of Everything” and “One of Each” products because it created problems with our shipping software. The team had to separate each individual product - this is why you see the products separated on the subscription page. As a result, it removed the discount. To offset this, we are going to be messaging those of you who signed up for this to offer you something we think you are going to like, so keep an eye out!

2) The monthly charge interval for Table Players & Bicycle decks had to be updated. When we originally spread the charge over a two-month period, it created a nightmare for tracking how much payments, especially with new subscriptions being added and old ones being removed. Now, you will pay for the decks that you receive that month. To put it simply, you will pay the FULL amount of for your Table Players decks on the months they ship (March, May, July, September, November). If you're a Bicycle subscriber, you will pay the FULL amount for the decks on the months they ship (April, June, August, October, December).

3) We had to change the product names in the system because we discovered that when you subscribe, that month’s product name stays with your subscription until you cancel it. So, if it says January when you subscribe, it will always say January. We are correcting that and hopefully this will help with some of the confusion you guys have had with your order emails and shipping notices.
4) There are a few unresolved issues that we have been working with our app company such as order dates, combining multiple subscriptions, payment errors, etc. We will keep working on these until we get it fixed! If you encounter a problem, message us at KingsWildOrders@gmail.com and we will be in touch with you as quickly as we can to help you out.

Thank you for being a KW Subscriber!

Parker, as someone who ran a mail order and publishing business for years, I know exactly what you’re all up against. And I kept the following quote on my desk and read it every day. It’s a truism that goes:
“I can’t give you a sure-fire formula for success, but I can give you a formula for failure: Try to please everybody all the time.”
It’s originally credited to a fellow named Herbert Bayard Swope. Never heard of him before, but that bit of advice is golden.
Keep up the sensational work!

Paul and Tim,
Thank you guys for your support and encouragement. The power of words is great and effective and they can either build up or tear down. Thank you guys for building up!

Fear not! We love the notion of supporting a family-owned business. We love seeing and hearing what you’re up to. We love your honesty and the communication. We love the product. We wait…we anticipate…and upon delivery, are never disappointed. Should there be a few voices of dissent out there, don’t let them affect you. It’s the microscopic-sized minority view. Long live KWP and the dedicated folks who toil on our behalf.

Thank YOU, Kings Wild Project. This is not a problem at all. We are only talking about little pieces of paper in a wee paper box, after all. :)
The fact is, you are a great company, and while I have only known of Kings Wild Project for a short time, I can tell that the team always does their absolute best for their customers.

I do not doubt that you respond with aces.
