After you fill out the contact form, we will send you a unique code for your orders. Every order you place using your code will safely be put in your Delayed Shipping bin. At the end of the current quarter, the KW Crew will send a Paypal Invoice for the shipping and handling to the email address on your account. Once it is paid, we will ship out every order in your bin in one package.
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request for your order to be placed in your Delayed Shipping bin and refunded the shipping cost. However, there is no guarantee the Crew will be able to do this.
